Samsung Galaxy Note 8 64GB

We’ve all been waiting for it. Finally the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is out. The latest addition to the Samsung Galaxy Note Series which were first introduced with the original release of the Samsung Galaxy Note in October 2011. We’ve seen the Note, Note 2, Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, Note 7 and now we have the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8’s back and front is mainly made of glass. The glass is a fingerprint magnet but has a premium look and feel to it. The phone features a huge 6.3 inch Infinity display that gives you edge to edge or side to side display which pours over seamlessly. The display as with all the high end Samsung Flagship releases features a super AMOLED screen. The super AMOLED screen coupled with a resolution of 2,960 x 1,440 ensures you have very crisp visuals.

Samsung have stretched the RAM scale again by packing in 6GB RAM in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It also has 4×2.3 GHz & 4×1.7 GHz Octa-core processor. The phone therefore runs smoothly and performs well even when faced with running demanding games.

The phone has 64GB,128GB and 256GB options. However only the 64GB is available in Kenya at this time. You could expand the phone memory with the external Memory Card Slot of upto 256GB.

The phone has a dual 12MP Camera at the back and an 8MP Front camera. You get access to the panorama, slow motion, virtual shot, and pro modes. The Rear camera has Optical Image Stabilization and a Live Focus feature that lets you adjust the blur in the background before you take the shot.

The 3,300mAh battery which sounds like it’s way below what a 6.3 inch sized phone can a last a day on a full charge with average use.  The phone has fast wireless charging.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has a fingerprint sensor right next to the cameras on the back. It also has the Spen which has a new feature called Live Message allowing one to share animated writings.
