Description

The Sony Cyber Shot DSC CX405 shoots at 1920 by 1080 at 60 P and it takes still shots at 9.2 megapixels. At the bottom is where the battery goes. It takes a very small battery 3.7V and 1400 milliamps.

Just next to the battery is an empty space where a spare battery would go. There are also screws at the bottom for tripods. It alllows multi connection and USB connection. At the very front of the camera is a built-in lens cover. There is a zoom feature is on the top along with the photo button and then the record button is on the very back. Opening up the screen on the side you will find there’s just a couple more controls and connections in here. You have your little micro HDMI and your micro SD card. Then you have the screen with the little button for navigation and the playback button.

Sony Cyber Shot DSC CX405 is pretty bare-bones as far as controls and there’s only five or six buttons on it. It’s extremely easy to learn right out of the box. You could master it within five minutes. The settings are pretty easy to navigate.
The highest frame rate is 1920 by 1080 at 60 P. Its microphone picks up on a lot of sounds and it is very clear. Sony Cyber Shot DSC CX405 looks best in outdoors and the zoom feature on this camera is very good. Zooming at long distances looks very spectacular. When outdoors everything is very clear and crisp.

The Sony Cyber Shot DSC CX405 is not like most of the cameras where while you’re zooming and recording at the same time kind of like “stop go stop go”. But for this one it’s pretty clear and crisp and the autofocus feature works pretty well. The quality of the photos that comes out are very nice having dimensions of 4032 by 2272 pixels.

Sony Cyber Shot DSC CX405 is extremely durable, with a lasting fuctionality. It is aslo very dependable and has a very good frame rate and frame size and picture quality for the price.

The battery size happens to be very small with 1400 mAh though it gives you some extra space. This means you are limited to how much you can record before you switch batteries. It usually gets like an hour to an hour and a half. You can use that little USB charging cable and keep it plugged in while recording and you can get some extra battery life.

The microphone of Sony Cyber Shot DSC CX405 works very well outdoors beacuse there’s enough background noise that it blocks it out. When you’re recording inside in a dead silent room you can hear some like static background noise from the operation of the camera and there is no spot to hook up an external microphone.

The maximum microSD card for this camera is 64 gigabytes and it won’t take anything larger than that.

Overall Sony Cyber Shot DSC CX405 is a very pleasing camera. It is very durable and dependable and the quality is very good.
