The Tecno Winpad 2 acts like a tablet and a PC at the same time. When you open the lid the first thing you see is the tablet. It has 10.1 inches and comes with an IPS screen. It has a resolution of 1280 by 800. From the box you will get the manuals, warranty card and a PalmChat card. Also there is a USB cable, keyboard, charger and a pouch. There are two pockets at the back of the pouch to keep your cards or ATM cards or whatever you like.

Tecno Winpad 2 is a 10.1 inch screen tablet and it has a resolution of 1280 by 800. The first thing you do notice is that the tablet doesn’t have any buttons on the left. On the right side you have the volume buttons, the power button, earphone jack, the USB port and a mini HDMI port. On the bottom there’s the dock station, charging port, micro SD card and micro SIM card slots. You can put in your SIM although the Tecno Winpad 2 only supports 3G not 4G.

At the back is a 5 megapixel back facing camera. There’s a 2 MP front facing camera and a light sensor just above the screen. On the front side are two speakers, one on the right and the other on left side. There is a Windows Start button to access the Start menu and there’s a charge indicator on the bottom right side.

The keyboard is sleek and has a small track-pad which might take a while to get used to. This keyboard does not have back-light but thanks to the color variations the golden black. You actually do not need a back-light to and view your keyboard when you are in the dark environment. On the left side of the keyboard is the USB port and on the right side is another USB port and a charging port. To fix the keyboard to the tablet, ensure that each of the dock stations are well connected.

Tecno Winpad 2 is very handy, it’s not light and it’s not heavy either so you actually can carry it easily. The keyboard is very light and weighs about 549 grams and the tablet itself 604 grams, having a total of about 1149 grams.

The Tecno Winpad 2 has 2 gigabytes of RAM and 64 gigabytes of room storage. It comes with Windows 10 as its operating system. Setting up the tablet also takes a very short time.
